Clare's flowers
Happy Spring? It was so nice here the past few days that I thought our front door needed a little color to greet us. We got a bunch of yard work done on Saturday - cleaning up the winter's dead leaves, trimming back our lithadora (how does that stuff just take over everything???), weed-eating,mowing the lawn, and cleaning out the garage. Just in time for it to start raining again.
Clare helped pick these out and plant them. She's pretty proud of them.

Ha. Yes, purple matches purple. :) At least she's out of her I'm-going-to-put-on-as-many-shades-of-pink-as-possible phase.
The blue sunglasses really bring the outfit together, don't you think? She had to wear something bright to match with her flowers!
